The one just by the Bridge - Tally Ho - and don't tell me it wasn't there - it was - just when you had to get into very  low gear and break hard to turn sharp right over the bridge or you'd end up with the salmon in the Dee - Chester next stop  :)

The one at the top of the hill,on the bend was the Mason's Arms,now known as the Newbridge Arms.Just on the flat at the top of the hill is the Royal Oak,known locally as the Coach.

I'm afraid the Tally-Ho is no longer a pub.It has been converted to a private house,as opposed to a public one.
Also,don't forget the Black Horse,just on Park Road along from the Royal Oak.
Newbridge was rather well off for pubs for a very small village.
 :)
