William WOLSEY c1786

I'm hoping someone here can help me break through one of my brick walls by helping me to find a birth/baptism for William WOOLSEY/WOLSEY born c1786 possibly in the Wisbech/Newton area.   William married and had children in Gedney (Lincs) but according to the 41 census was not born in Lincs.

hi, had a look at the original 1841 census, william was living at marsh, gedney with his wife, sarah, and children, james and maria, looks like his occupation is a baliff? ( or something that looks like that) it is also marked that he was born in the county.

hi again, had a look elswhere, nearest i can find is a birth on 17 dec 1776 ( too early)in surrey, son of sarah and william
