Studio Identification?

Hello

Can anyone identify the location of this photographic studio?  It is a photo of a chap in Royal Navy uniform c 1919-1922 (pic posted on Armed Forced thread).

Thanks Prue & Patricia.  Looks like my man might have been associated with the Royal Navy dockyard on Sheppey.  Getting warmer  ;)
