J.W. Thomas, Photographer of Colwyn Bay. Was he in business before 1889 and after 1913/14.  Address given in Directories between those dates as Kensington House, Conway Road, Colwyn Bay.
Caunt - Manchester & area, Lancashire, Nottinghamshire.
Edwards - Cheshire, Denbighshire, Manchester
Lloyd - Marbury area,Cheshire
Isherwood - Bolton/Sharples, Lancashire
Vaughan - Marbury area, Cheshire
Walker - Manchester/Bolton/Sharples, Lancashire

In the 1881 census, John W Thomas was living at Rhiw Bank Terrace, Llandrillo yn Rhos.  He was a photographer.
In 1871 he was living in Preston, Lancashire with his mother Isabella and his siblings.  He was a photographer's assistant.
