Modify 1901 lookup Charles Proctor

Would someone please look up Charles Proctor often spelt with an e. Born Whitechapel 1846 Wife Phoebe Proctor born 1846 Wiltshire . Lived at 87 Skidmore street Mile End in 1891.

There is a Charles Procter, 45, born 1856, Whitechaple  he is a Dock Labourer, also listed as a widower.

Hello his wife did not die until 1911 and Charles was a furniture dealer so I don't think that can be him. Thanks for trying
