Good grief!  This looks confusing - but I think I may have the idea here.

Elizabeth Blake b Wales had a daughter

Mary Flint - who before she became a Flint also had a daughter, Elizabeth Mary Blake who lived next door with the Welsh mother!

This Elizabeth Blake then had a daughter Mary Elizabeth Blake who married Philp Sparrow!

Hoping I am not too confused!

I think that's the most likely scenario - we have:

Elizabeth Blake (maiden name unknown)  - b. Ruabon c1785

Mary Blake - b. Bury c1810, m. William Flint 1846

Elizabeth M Blake - b. York c1837 (apparently Mary's illegitimate daughter)

Mary Elizabeth/Elizabeth Mary Blake - b. Malton c1857 (apparently Elizabeth M's illegitimate daughter) - m. Philip Sparrow.

It seems more complicated because they all have similar names!
