Where are Joseph & Mary HINE(S)?

Can anyone help me find the brother and sister of my 3xgt grandfather Thomas Hine? 
 Joseph Hine was christened 23 Jan 1814 Abbey St Albans and Mary Ann chr 5 Jan 1817 Abbey St Albans but nowhere can I find them later on in life.

Thomas lived in Letchmore Heath Aldenham and the other brother Henry moved to Bushey.  BUT I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ON JOSEPH AND MARY ANN

Their parents William and Maria stayed in the area and I have found burial records to say that Maria died 9 Apr 1828 aged 40 St Albans Abbey and William died 24 Aug 1834 St Albans Abbey aged 50.

Any info would be welcome. 

p.s.  Joseph Hine 1814 Heath and Reach Beds is not my Joseph.  I have exhausted this avenue and found someone else who claims him.
