1901 Census Request - Ashton-Under-Lyne - HAGUE

Hi,

I need a huge favor from someone, I have quite a few family members that I would like looked up in the 1901 Census, please have pity on me . Thanks in advance.

*Charles Hague(66) might be living somewhere on Whiteacre Rd, he was a lamp lighter & gardener in 91. He was a widower in 91 but could have remarried, also might still have some of his children living with him, a Charles possibly who would be abt 27 or possible George from below.

*George Edwin Hague(23) & wife Mary(Thorpe)

*Samuel Hague(37) & Annie(Price)(36) Albert (21) Eda (1) & any other children I don't know of

*Selina Brannon(25) & John William Brannon(25)

*Eda Thorpe(31) & Matthew Thorpe ( I really don't have a clue when she married this man, her other husband, or married at all at this time)

*Mary Price(39) & Albert Price(39) (I don't think that they lived in Ashton but am not sure where they did live.)

*Elizabeth Ellis(27) & James Ellis(31) George(3)

*John Hague(41) & Frances(Taylor)(40) Charles(15) Alice( Beatrice(5) Lily(2) (I am not positive that this is my John or not but am hoping that he is.)

I am pretty sure that I have now listed all the children that would still be living. Charles might be living with any one of them, or not. Who knows

Hi Electra

As you know I do most of the census lookups on line - but the 1901 census is a 'pay site' - 50p for personal details, 75p for Family details.

The 1891 census is on Ancesty.com, and I have a yearly subscription to that site.

Unfortunately, being retired, I do not have the resources to pay for the 1901 lookups.

Thanks for the reply,

I completely forgot that that was the only access to it . I feel kind of stupid.

Oh well, maybe when there eventually is easier access some kind soul will look this up for me. I also am way too broke to do that right now, but I may break down one of these days and buy some vouchers.

I am saving all the money I can for my trip to England right now, we'll see about later
