Prince Llewllyn Pub Dukestown

Dear List,    please can anyone tell me about the Prince Llewllyn pub in Dukestown Brecs.       My Thomas Jenkins a malster was born there in 1816.

Also where would I access parish records for this area.     My family was not baptised in Tredegar or Bedwelty which is where I thought that they should have been baptised.   I believe that I have mis information on the censuses for some of them and that they were in fact living in Breconshire just over the border from Tredegar.
