Election Roll Lookup Greater Manchester, Cheshire

Please can somebody look a person up on a recent election roll just over the Manchester border in Cheshire for me?  I have the complete name and most of the address.  What I need is the house number and the correct post code.  I know she is not on the current election roll, but she is on a past one.  (Actually I found her on 192.com, but they want a minimum of £25 to reveal.  Way to expensive for one address!)

As this is a living person in Bowdon, Altringcham, Cheshire, I prefer not to reveal any more on the board right now.  Please if somebody can help me, send me a Private Message, and I give you details.  It's not a big job.  It's just not something I can do from Canada without incurring shocking expense.
