1871 census request, Harwich, Essex - BAYLEY

I am searching for Thomas Adams BAYLEY/BAILEY, born 1842, Edinburgh, Scotland, who was in Harwich in 1872 for the birth of his son George Parkinson BAYLEY.
Also in the household would have been his wife, Mary and several other children.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

or is it definate they didnt arrive til 1871?
i ask as there are a few baileys there at that time.
