How to find a previous post

This has probably been asked numerous times, but how can I find a posting I made back in March/April?.
I have scrolled down the subjects I thought it was on, but no luck.
Is there an easy way?

You can try searching using some key words from your post eg. names or places.

OR

click on profile, then last posts for this person - you will get a list of all your posts.
