Birth Lookup please in 1930s probably in NJ.

In 1930 census Vernon UTTLEY and his wife Lillian are listed as in Newark NJ where Vernon worked for GE as an engineer.  Vernon & Lillian had married in 1929, I think when they were living in Mass.   I don't actually know where they lived in US after this 1930 census but NJ seems a good place to start looking for offspring.

Can anyone help me find their children's births please?

I'm a newbie at US genealogy so any help/guidance very much appreciated.
