This may be a coincidence but I have been searching for Evan's son Robert LLOYD in 1841 and come up with a Robert of about the correct age (20yrs) living in Henllan, St Asaph

HO 107/1402/4 Folio 69 p 7

I think Henllan is approx 2 miles NW of Denbigh

Would this be a likely place to look for Evan's Baptism ?

It was my first thought after Denbigh itself,  Chris  :)

The other parishes that William mentioned might be worth bearing in mind as well though.
