Another unknown solder to identify

Again, I'm afraid it's a very poor image (ordinary photocopy) but I would be grateful if anybody could give me any ideas for (WW1?) regiment etc. to try and assist in identifying him.

He doesn't look too young to me :-\

It looks a bit like a Middlesex Regiment badge , but a bit hard to tell.

Hi Casalguidi,

Alan has it right it is a badge of the Middlesex Regiment (The Die Hards) It also appears that he was a lance corporal and that it is more than likely to be from the 1st ww period or just after.
