I looked again at the 1871 Whitby census info I have to double check Mayrah...........First letter is definately M there is a smudge between the next two letters but definately a tail on the third letter and the last 3 are no doubts rah, there is a possibility that the second letter could be an o I'm wondering if Mayrah could be Moyrah, a misspelling of Moira??

Hi, Karen, was there a death for Matthew or Anne/Annie Stonehouse Oshawa.. between 1896 and the 1901 census? ( see a few replies back for the little girls on the 1901) lower previous page

Hi, Denise I was wondering about the Moira thing, also, but still found ziltch...Have since found that Mayra forename used actually quite a bit, though. ...so who knows?
