Hi,
If you look at thecore.com/seanruad, you will see that there is a townland called
Screggan, in the civil parish of Lynally, in the county of Offaly, also called King's County.
So, Screggan is in King's County.

I can't see King's Court, but wonder if it is actually King's County again, but the handwriting on the document you have is difficult to read, maybe??

There is a Killimore in co.Galway.

Which family are you researching/

Mags
Bailey - co.Limerick, Kilbeheny;co. Tipperary, Ballyporeen parish
King - co.Limerick, Kilbeheny parish
Moher - co.Tipperary, Ballyporeen parish
Farrell - co.Tipperary, Coolagarranroe, Skeheenaranky
Fitzgerald - ditto
