Lookup request Tytherton Kellaways and Hilmarton

Would be very appreciative for a lookup on the following:

Jacob Blakemore birth place given in Census Returns as Tytherton Kellaways and Hilmarton. Born 1793.

Jacob relocated to Usk in Monmouthshire. I have another Blakemore in the Monmouthshire area, James. Unfortunately he died before the 1851 Census, the only clue I have for him is the 1841 Monmouthshire census, born out of County  in 1785. I have assumed that these two are brothers. James' son gave his birthplace as Bath, Somerset which all seems to tie in with the right region. Any Blakemores in the two parishes will be of immense interest to me.

knowing how notorious mispellings can be i have found this man baptised in hilmarton a few years before your estimated birth.thought i would show you just in case?
jacob blackmoore bapt 28th dec 1788 hilmarton.parents edward and margit.
siblings include-
patience bapt 13th may 1787
lucy bapt 17th may 1787
thomas bapt feb 1791
saley bapt 2nd sept 1792

this does look promising. Blakemore and Blackmore do seem to be interchangable.
