Charles Henry Walford - Look up Request 1851/61

I would be very grateful if the following could be looked up for 1851 & 1861:-

Charles Henry Walford (Carman/Engine Driver) (35 in 1871)
Wife Elizabeth.  (33 in 1871)
Children - at that time one son  Henry (possibly 2 years of age).

I have asked a similar request under Middlesex but Charles & Elizabeth did marry in Shoreditch (1858)  and the first child Henry is shown on the 1871 census as born in Shoreditch so maybe this forum area is the correct place to ask.

Here are some details of the 1871 census



It states that Charles was born in Saffron Walden and I am particularly interested to see if the family had moved to London by 1851 & whether the census consistently shows Saffron Walden or a particular village in that area as I've not been able to track Charles to Saffron Walden. He had died before the 1881 census.

Can you please post the address -
looked at Harcourt Place but not there in 1851 - have I got street name correct?

Also checked Laburniam from the marriage cert. but no Walfords there in 1851 either - sorry, hoping to pick up the fathers first name for you.

I couldn't find Charles in Bethnal Green or Shoreditch in 1851

I also had trouble identifying the address. The original image is not clear but I too thought it was Harcourt Place.

By 1881 they were living minus Charles Henry in 39 York Road, Middlesex.  I really need to read up on London parishes/districts because I'm finding it very confusing.  One son is listed as being born in Hoxton New Town, another St Lukes, Middlesex and I'm not sure if they are actually the same area or not. Also the 1871 census shows Finsbury Parliamentary Borough and again I dont know if this covers the same area.

I am being more than a bit dense because I have a birth certificate which shows Charles Henry having a son Henry George Walford and it looks like they lived at an Ironworks in York Road near Kings Cross in 1859.  I cant quite make out the words but it looks like Coshams Iron Works.  They may still have lived there in 1861 so if that makes sense to those of you with 1861 records for that area I'd be grateful if you could look up the family.
