1871 Manchester Lookup Please

In the 1881 Census I have living at 14 Marcer(Mercer) Street Manchester

Edward Mitchell, head, born:Warwick, Gas works labourer Aged 36
Sarah A Mitchell, wife, born:Warwick, Aged 35
Betsy Mitchell, dau, born:Warwick, Cop Reeler, Aged 19

Had they moved "up north" by 1871 or were they still in Warwick?

Can't spot Edward Mitchell born Warwick (any age) in the 1871 index.
Might be they were between counties in one not yet indexed
