Anthony, have you looked at the Professions and Trades in your directories? I only have the 1852 Directory.
It lists Dickson, John S, 108, North Street under the heading Apothecaries and Surgeons.
There's no mention of any Cosgraves though.
tiki, the most frequently consulted item in the
Royal College of Physicians of Ireland
archives is the "Kirkpatrick Archive".
It is a unique collection of biographical material on over 10,000 Irish doctors from earliest times to the 20th century, compiled by the distinguished medical historian, Dr. T. P. C. Kirkpatrick. This source is in constant demand from genealogical researchers.

Hi Tiki & Christopher. The only thing i can find is.
Belfast 1870
Cosgrave & Scott, Druggists 69 Donegall St & 2.4.6 Talbot St.
Wm Cosgrave of Cosgrave & Scott, Res, at Camberwell.
I think a Druggists & Dispensary is the same thing?.
