Cremated for me.

Standing joke with the wife is that a condition of her inheriting anything from me will be that she has to purchase a season ticket to my football team and spend the whole season watching each game (she hates football) and on the last day of the season she has to scatter my ashes on the pitch.

You can imagine the responce   ;D

Hi

I once told my family that I wanted to be cremated and my ashes were to be taken back to England and scattered in the river Severn as it runs through the town I was born in, at least that's what my mother told me.
The only one to volunteer was my husband's cousin and that was because she thought I was going to pay for the trip to England.
I would have thought that one of my own children would have done it for me.

My dad told us that he has to be cremated because if he is not he is coming back to haunt us,  I believe him to, he would do something like that.

Regards Jacquie.

Hi

No the town I was born in is the big W'hampton, though I have not seen it since I was 6, that's 38 year ago.  Might look a bit different now.

I am like Ange, hate the thought of being buried alive and not only that all those maggots and worms crawling all over me.So i have told my family if they bury me i will come back and haunt them AND I WILL.Another thing is what if in a couple of hundred years time they dig up the bodies as they do now for programmes like Time Team and Meet the Ancestors, thats not a nice thought either.Anne. :D
