If other people would offer to assist it would make a world of a difference. Have a look at the Dublin Meet thread and see how many people indicated that they were interested. I sent a large number of PMs to check if people were going to attend that event and am still waiting to hear from some people. At the heels of the hunt there were six of us in Dublin and there should have been a lot more. Just because one person drops out does not prevent others from meeting and having a great day.

Well Christopher, You know the old saying, ask & you shall receive.

Christopher if you are organising anymore meetings, then why dont you set up a small working group to help you with things.

                                                      Anthony

Sure I know that old saying Anthony. I also know the story of the Good Samaritan where several people walked by on the other side of the road. I've been been in similar situations too many times in my life, Anthony. I've been in groups where a few members did all the hard work and when others were asked to assist they came up with all the excuses under the sun as to why they were unable to help. Why the heck should anyone have to ask? Have you not heard the kindly thoughtful expressions ...  "Would you like some assistance? Can I do anything to help you?"

Ach Biblical quotes are grand. Matthew 7:5 is a good one too. We all make mistakes in our lives.

"You'll never walk alone" Is that a song Scousers sing ???

The last question my Dad asked on his death bed was "Did Liverpool win ???"
