William COOPER b1831

I am looking for information on William Cooper born in Cambridgeshire around 1831. He married Elizabeth Hutton b. 22 Aug 1831, from Conway, Ireland. William immigrated to Canada sometime prior to 1856. They had 4 children born in Eastwood, Ontario and another 3 children born in Michigan, USA

I know the thread is thin, but I have had no success to date. I have his birthdate as October, 1931, but because I don't have a day, I'm skeptical of the date.

which gives the baptism date for a William Cooper in Cambridge
as 11 Aug 1833   Stuntney, Cambridge parents Robert Cooper and Mary. There seem to be no siblings in the same batch. I will check if I can find this family in 1841/51

If he called any of his children Robert and Mary this may be a clue.

There is this possible family in 1841 and there are some IGI entries (try a parent search for Robert and Mary) which may fit the family.  Soham is 3.5 miles from Stuntney

There are some other possibilities on the census - including William born c 1831 in Cambridge. Do you have any other information on your William - parent names? location? Was he married when he immigrated?
