Louis William born 1884 16227

there is death in 1887  for Louis William aged 2

Sarah Contstance born 1888/2872
Edith Vail born 1888/2873

unfortuantely both these little girls died aged 1 month and 2months

the susual suspect  with  the spelling of  woolacott

so  they  have had another  louis  william along  the way  and  he  has  perished  too by  the look  of  the  death  in  NSW

The Louis Wm registered in NSW in 1890 and the Lewis Wm registered in Vic in 1891 are more than likely the same child.  The NSW one looks like its from a country area, possibly a church record.

I wonder what John ARGUS did for a living.

He appears to have died in Narrandera in 1910.

The children Caroline, Herbert & Lewis William all died in NSW and I haven't been able to find any marriage for them.

John ARGUS was married to Elizabeth HOOPER prior to marrying Emma.  They had 1 child John Thomas Henry ARGUS born Benalla 1876 .  John T H ARGUS died in Bunyip in 1939.

Yes it was through the Elizabeth Hooper connection that this Emma came to light
Elizabeth Hooper was was sister of one Joseph Henry Hooper.
Joseph Henry was married to  Elizabeth Mary Woolacott.
Elizabeth Hooper was married to John Argus and when she died he married Emma Woolacott.
I learnt this only yesterday as I was looking into the Hooper history.
Now I have some sorting of new children etc to get stuck into !!
I found a bit of Argus information on Worldconnect too.
