Hi Anthony,  I'm going to have my husband have a look at the photo, he is working tonight so it will be awhile.  If it is someone WE have met, he'll remember, he has a memory you won't believe.  In the meantime, I am going to try to search in the places where we have lived.  That is many with my honey spending 10 years in the military - was Uncle Joe in Canadian military?

Hi Anthony, well now ... My honey is a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.  Oh, I can't wait till he gets home, probably won't be til 4 am depending on how busy they are tonight.  I will keep in touch.  We won't get our hopes up, we were only 8 in 1970 when the photo was taken, but it is certainly worth investigating.

Hi Anthony,

In 1940 there was the National Registration which everyone, male and female in Canada had to fill out.  You can order these, you just have to know what town they were living in 1940.   It costs about $49.00 Canadian.

Hi Anthony,

I do have a friend who is a Graham, and a very proud Irishman at that, so I'll direct him here to this thread to see if he reconizes any of them.
