Bedlinog

My Grandmother (Nicholls) m. 1912 (Heath)  in Merthry T. district.  My mother was born Bedlinog 1913.  I am assuming my Grandmother prior or after marriage  moved from Llandaff to Bedlinog to stay with her Aunt (Nicholls) who married J. Teagle. who were certainly living in Bedlinog from 1910 onwards.  I may be wrong and they may have moved in with the Heath family.  Does anyone have any knowledge of a family called Heath in Bedlinog or can suggest where I may search (I am new to family research)

My suggestion is always start atwhat you know.
Do you have your grandmothers marriage certificate? this will give you where she was living at the time of her marriage also  your granddads place.
 What is your grandmothers full maiden  name and your granddads full name. lets start there.

I have today sent off for my Grandmother's marriage certificate.  Her full name is Eliza Nicholls, born 1893 Poplar, London, but living 1901 Census in Llandaff.  My Grandfather's full name is William S Heath, born 1st quarter of 1892 registered in Highworth, Wilts.  Only just found that out today, although on the BMD no name is given, just Male.  I think it's right because in the 1901 Census he is listed as being born in Abergavenny, in that year, but living in Blunsdon St. Andrew (Highworth)  It may just be a coincidence but -

Blunsdon St. Andrew is where my Grandmother lived , with her mother in law and her children, during WW1

As I said, I am assuming they lived with her Aunt (who married J. Teagle  several Teagle children were born in Bedlinog and Martha & Jack died there) but I wonder, whether there was a Heath family in Bedlinog as well.

No, didn't think to do that.  Only been doing this reseach for about the last 10 days!
