Looking for any information on a Richard Webb born in Downton near Salisbury 1790's. Richard had at least one son Charles born 1820's also in Downton any information would be great, not sure who Charles's mother is i think it could be Emma or Sarah Read

Hi,

There were two marriages

Richard Webb & Emma Read 1786 Downton
Richard Webb & Sarah Read 1798 Downton

If Richard was born in the 1790's then he would have been  too young for either of these to be candidates :-\

I have found two Christenings in 1820 & 1824 in Downton for Charles but neither with Richard named as the father.
