Could somebody help me with finding the birth details of George Henry Collins born about 1826 at Pembroke Dock    In the 1851 Census he is shown as a Caulker living at Devonport.    Any help would be appreciated   Grossan

from the IGI
George Henry Collins bp 4/1/1826 at St Mary, Pembroke son of Thomas and Sarah. Extracted record batch no C082911.
Also, John bp 12/8/1829 and Mary Ann Eliza bp 23/1/1828 same parents.
There's also a Thomas & Elizabeth Collins having children at the same time. This couple are still in the area for the 1841 census - no sign of the other Collins family which isn't surprising if Thomas was in the army or attached to the dockyard.
If you're looking for more info, there is a Pembrokeshire Lookup Exchange and  someone who has St Mary records - there's a link from St Mary's Genuki page.
