Thomas Harrison bab.14-3-1784

Hi all, I'm trying to obtain details of the death of Thomas Harrison babtised 14-3-1784 at Heddon on the Wall, Northumberland.
He married Hannah nee Anderson on 17-11-1812 from the next village of Newburn also in Northumberland.
Thomas who was a butcher was not on the 1841 census and his youngest son Robert was 12 (on the census), so I guess he may have died between say 1829 and the 1841 census and by this time the family had moved to South Shields, Co Durham.
I have located 1 Thomas Harrison on Ancestry BMD ie 1839, 3Q, 24, 120, but of course I don't know if it is him.
Are there any resources available that could narrow my search.
Hannah, as a widow received an annuity in later life. How would I learn more about this also.
