Any help with parents of Margaret Jones, born on 18 Dec 1894, died on 12 Aug 1984, born in Pentry-Bach (think thats how its spelt) Merthyr, married Albert Thomas Bithell

Sorry, can't help with Margaret's parents - there were one or two Joneses around that area - given you know the date of birth I'd get yourself the certificate.
  By the way, it's Pentrebach. It simply means 'small village'.

To be on the safe side, it is better in my opinion to obtain the marriage cert first to find out who her father was.
Then obtain the Birth cert with her correct date of birth + fathers name.
You have six weeks to register a birth, so it could be anyone of this lot
