Hi all,
Can anyone help me find the full name of a church recorded as  "CS, Otley Road". the vicar in 1801 was Rev J Owen.

There is a St. Chad's Church on Otley Road, Far Headingley, (SC, not CS  ???) but it looks as though this was built in the 1840s or later.
