Obituary - Joseph Taylor Thwaites COMPLETED THANKYOU

Joseph Taylor Thwaites emigrated to Canada about 1905 (he would have been about 4 years old) with his parents Joseph Thwaites and Charlotte (nee' Taylor).

Joseph Taylor Thwaites was in 1945 awarded an illuminated certificate by the U.S. Government in "appreciation of effective service" for his part in helping to perfect secret radio devices for the RAF and US signal corps.     He was a graduate in Engineering from Queen's University.

He died 14th January 1953 in Smith Falls, Ontario, Canada.

I would be very interested if anyone could find an obituary
in the local newspaper when he died.

1950-1951  J.T.Thwaites ...the person beside him has a recent obit, but
unfortunately they haven't any for the other past chairs
