Cab driver records, Liverpool?

I have found a couple of relatives who were cab drivers/owners in Liverpool, circa 1900. Are there any records of these drivers or owners, and if so  where can I access them.

They all had to have a Hackney Carriage Licence in my day of using them,issued by a Council dept:
So,you may find this mob and luckily a history of sort,s.
There was a Cabbie on site fairly recently,West Derby area I think,maybe someone can scare him up for you?
