Not sure it will help but here goes.....

Lord Onslow's family seat was Clandon House Surrey. Since 1956 it has passed to the National Trust.

 Title's of Lord Onslow are....

 Viscount Cranley (1801)
Baron Onslow of Onslow country of Shropshire & Clandon in Surrey(1716)
Baron Cranley of Imber Court Surrey (17760
 Twice Baronet 1660 & 1674.

Some trust propeties hold household papers for staff pay or expenditure so they may be worth a try.

   Here is some more background....

 William Hillier Onslow b 1853 died 1911.

He suceeced to the title in 1870 on the death of the III Earl Arthur George Onslow.
His parents were George Augustus Cranley Onslow & Mary Harriot Anne Loftus.

In 1875 he married Hon Florence Coulston Gardener at St George Hanover Square.

The 1901 census shows them in Surrey with a huge household.
So it could be Lady Florence or his mother Lady Mary that Sara worked for as Mary died in 1880.

William was also Governor of New Zealand.
