John Thomas Frampton Liverpool

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am attempting to find the parents of John Thomas Frampton (sometimes shown as John T or Thomas) born I think Liverpool c1867 (although on one of the censuses it notes the birth place as Lincoln). I have his marriage cert which shows his spouse, Elizabeth Pearce. They married on 8/1/1888. On the marriage cert it shows John's father as Robert Frampton -  photographer. I can not marry up the 2. I've found a George David Frampton, photographer living in Cumbria with a son called John Thomas..but can not be sure. Any ideas??

Hi Joanna

I have a birth for a John Thomas Frampton in 1868. I have checked two years either side and there are no others called John or John Thomas.
According to the 1871 census it looks as if the family are moving north all the time. It looks like this could be your John Thomas Frampton.
