Hi can anyone help please?

Does anyone know of an orphanage called :
Gibbs Orphanage, Penarth, Cardiff.

The children I am looking for had a Post Office book with that name on  dated 1924.

'4 John Street and Penarth Marina
At the bottom of St Augustine's Road the imposing building used to be the Penarth Hotel, opened by the Taff Vale Railway in 1865, for a business and seafaring clientele. It was eventually given to the National Children's Home and Orphanage by the widow of Major  J.A. Gibbs. DSO.'
