Lookup for Elizabeth HAMER b1887

I am trying to find the family of Elizabeth Hamer B1887 at LLANWRTHWL[BRECON ? RADNORSHIRE?] I believe. I believe her middle name was Helen. She was the grandparent of my late wife Margaret Hilda ELMS[nee Evans]. Eizabeth married Theophilus Evans and lived at Bargoed,Glam. She was a schoolteacher. Any information welcome.

The information is very good and fits nicely. I had a christening card record for her but it was not clear. The middle name Helen also helps a lot. Many thanks everyone.
