James Carter born 1769

I am seeking information about James Carter. He was possibly born in the Bradford area, West Yorkshire. He married Ann Milnes 20 December 1819 in Bradford, West Yorkshire. They later moved to Soyland, Halifax, West Yorkshire, and had at least two sons, Samuel b. 1801 and William b. around 1821.
Can anyone help with information about where in Bradford he was born, and any immediate family members.
