Hi  my 3x great uncle Charles Augustus Skelton married a Sarah Clarke in Northaw. Sarah's brother William Clarke married a Harriet Weatherley who said she was born in Hatfield in 1838.

Is Harriet on your family tree by any chance as they are in a similar area?

My gg grandfather Samuel Pates who lived most of his life in Offley Herts married as his third wife in 1867 Eliz Emma Weatherley.  She was actually born in Foots Cray or Chislehurst in Kent in 1840.

I realize this is an old post but I am researching the Weatherleys which is my maiden name.  My great great grandfather was Charles Weatherley (or Weatherly) born in 1812 in I believe St Stephens (St Albans) Hertfordshire and lived in Barnet and I believe also Kensington.  He was married twice.  The second time to Elizabeth Eastey.  My great grand father was Herbert Eastey Weatherley.  Would love any info anyone has.  Thanks
