1891 - Please have a look for

Arthur SMART, age about 12, in Lambeth/Greenwich, London

There are 16 Arthur Smarts on the 1891 census for London – and the nearest we can get to anyone aged 12 is an 11 year old, born in Enfield, but now in Hammersmith; parents Frank 41 and Agnes 38; and a 14 year old born in France, but now living in Streatham with parents Robert 44 and Caroline 38.
The next nearest ages are 9 or 16.
