any one remmber the old cobbled winter st where my gran lived sally brooks i have fond mems has a child in horwich untill 1968 when we left just start looking at family from there has my mum  past away  in july.it was here fav place

i live in horwich and some of my relatives lived on winter street,there are a few books on horwich an am sure there are a couple of pics of winter street during end of war celebrations will have a look at photo collection at library see if i can find you one

my gran lived at 30 smething in the 60s  i lived in emmert st do you know any info for me i went back horwich all the places have gone and my school st cathrines ithink they were there in 1901 she was well known my greatgran sally brooks she passed away in 1968 when iwas 8 do rember winter street very well cheers glenys

I am looking for a T W who possibly was a butcher, living at 31 Winter Street in 1957.....
