family history magazines

Hope someone can help - I would love to subscribe to a family history magazine for Ireland, I am in the Uk and there are loads of the things with just snippets on Ireland.  Does anyone out there know of one ?

Hi,
I came across this magazine by doing a google search :" Irish Roots " http://www.iol.ie/~irishrts/index.htm , which you can take out a subscription or order some of the back issues ( for both the UK and us overseas)  .

 It's apparently  Ireland's leading genealogy magazine . I do not know if it any good, but  I would also be interested to know if anyone can recommend any too.
 Any personal opinions on the above magazine?Is it a good read and in your opinion worth subscribing to- or not ?

yeah found that one tonight and am sending off for some back issues so will keep you posted as how good it is

Hi,
I'm just about to order one of the back issues myself  to see if it's worth me taking out a subscription with them .  The price seems pretty reasonable to me at $8 (au) for a back copy, considering all the family magazines  (  The usual leading  British ones ) that I buy at my local newsagents are around $14/$15

Just a thought  I will be ordering a few back issues, if you order anymore than the one, maybe we could swop with each other when finished with them ?
