8th Regiment of Foot

Hi,

My Great Great Grandfather Richard Monnington was in the 8th Regiment of Foot for 22 years, 1839 -1861.  Does anyone know if/where I could get his records from?

  HIYA TRY THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES AT KEW I FOUND
MY GGGG GRANDFATHERS SERVICE AND PENSION RECORDS
THERE HE WAS IN THE 3RD REGIMENT OF FOOT ,COLDSTREAM GAURDS 1803 TO 1815 AND WAS WOUNDED AT TALAVERA

Thanks Gigga ~ will have to plan a trip to London for the New Year sometime    Hmm family history gets you about, that's Wales, Ireland, France & London  ~ no wonder I never have any money
