Hi Shanew147
I put a previously posting earlier for John Foot for baptism 1853 Ballycounan, his brother Cornelius is Ballyginnane, Michael Foot/e/tte etc no place of baptism using church records online.
All are RC giving it as Douglas & Ballygarvan
McCallion ,Harkin,McLaughlin, Doherty,(Donegal Derry) McDaid (Donegal /Derry) Foote,Wade, Cogan/Goggin swiney sweeney ,O'Connor/Connor cork/abbeyfeale Limerick.

baptism details and image for reference:

Baptism of John Foot FOOT - 1 Aug 1853
RC Parish of Douglas & Ballygarvan, Co. Cork

Both Douglas and Ballygarvan are in the civil parish of Carrigaline, so 'Ballycounan' is likely also in this same civil parish...or one adjacent...

'Ballycounane' is one of many variant spellings for what is in the Townland Index and Griffith's Valuation 'Ballyginnane'.  It is in Liscleary civil parish and Douglas-Ballygarvan Catholic parish.

Agree with the above. There seems to be two records for John Foot

Little Annie, can you link to the records for siblings?

Jno is a common abbreviation for John. What are you not sure about?
