Swansea address: 3 Wassail Square.

Though I know this is not much help, I was born in this area.  My address was Thomas Street off Wassail Square, which was the family home for  generations before me.   Unfortunately nothing exists of Wassail Square, as  there is now a shopping centre built on the site.   Had my mum still been alive no doubt she would have known William and Alice as we had relatives in the Square who ran a fish and chip shop.   Wassail Square was at the end of Thomas Street, Garden Street and Greenfield Street and was a mere stone's throw from St.Mary's Church and Swansea Market.
