Reginald Fitch died in Simla, India
« on: Saturday 09 December 06 18:40 GMT (UK) »
I'm looking for my father-in-law's uncle Reginald Fitch who was in the Biritish Army and died in Simla, Inda.  He was born in Chelsmford, Essex, around 1879, and was in the 1891 census living at home, so he died after 1891. Are there any indexes to war or military graves in India?
Thanks
MaryVB

He does appear on the 1881 census also with parents George and Emily and siblings George William and Frank, not sure if you have this?  ::)
Not sure if this would help?

Yes, I did have him in Chelmsford in 1881 as well. The site you provided has lots of interesting info, but unfortunately nothing (yet) on Reginald Fitch. Thanks for your help.
