Hi ,
Please can anyone tell me any thing the Military medal on the left
I have found out that the inscription is  “ to never forget “ what was it for !
The other looks familiar, but I cant remember, was it for signing  the pledge at  Sunday school,

It would seem to be a French military medal awarded to veterans of the Franco-Prussian War, as shown here:
