Ancestry being naughty!

I was just doing some stuff on ancestry, and then it kicked me out!

When I logged back in, it started asking me to upgrade my subscription.

I thought it was auto upgrade, so I checked my bank statement online, and it withdrew from my account on 7th December!

Why can't I do anything???

Sympathies  :(

Only thing that I can think of Paul is that 7th was a Friday and today is Monday and transfers might take longer over a weekend.

Mine was due last week and I've had no problem so I assume that they've got my payment.

I'd check with them if I were you - and your bank.

They do.  Transfers usually take a few working days in my experience, and since neither Saturday or Sunday is a working day for banks it takes them a bit longer at the weekend.
Mine was due last Thursday, I think, but no money has gone out of my account yet (from past experience, they'll probably take it tommorow morning)...although they're telling me my whatsname has been renewed till January.
