Hello,
I'm searching for information on Thomas Edwards Lindsay born 18th November 1832 in Dundee. Parents were Thomas Lindsay and Jean Edwards. (Particularly interested in his parents and siblings)
Any help gratefully received :)

Hi there

I've just discovered a Lindsay link in Dundee - more recent.  Jessie Wilson Lindsay b. 1911 d. 1989 married Alexander Millar 1935.  I wonder if these are in your line?

I have to admit I've only just started on the Lindsay line and its the surname of my grandmothers mother. I haven't got as far as more up to date connections (although I hope to get that far at some point ;D)
The Lindsays that are nearest the date you mention are

Thomas b 1859-d 1872
Jane Ann 1861-1874
Elizabeth 1862-1918
Clara 1864-1881
Isabella 1868
John 1868-1870
Jessie 1869-1951 (my gggrandmother)

The generation before that was William b 1830; Elizabeth b 1835 and Thomas b 1832 (my ancestor). I guess there must be family and descendants of William but I haven't got that far yet!!
